Nurse Family Partnership Coordinator

A unique opportunity exists to join an inter-disciplinary team of clinicians in a nursing sustained home visiting service. This role provides inclusive, trauma-informed care to families.
Key Responsibilities:- Support vulnerable families through sustained home visiting programs promoting healthy parent-child relationships and optimal infant development.
- Engage with families using a strengths-based approach supported by a multidisciplinary allied health team.
- Offer evidence-based interventions to foster positive parent-infant relationships nurture parent-child attachment and optimise children's development.
- Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency registration as a Registered Nurse and a recognised post-graduate Child & Family Health Nursing qualification.
- Experience working with vulnerable families and a demonstrated understanding of early intervention including the theoretical basis that underpins sustained home visiting prevention and community development.
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds effective clinical communication and strong written verbal and interpersonal skills.
