We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Unit Manager to join our Residential team. The successful candidate will possess strong contemporary child and family health nursing skills and take overall responsibility for the standard of client care in the service.
About the Role:- This is a pivotal role within our team, coordinating client care, unit management and leadership of the Residential Nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality client care and efficient use of resources.
- The successful applicant will utilise their partnership skills to engage stakeholders including partner organisations and referral agents.
- To provide exceptional clinical leadership and guidance to the Residential Nursing team.
- To develop and implement effective strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Applicants must possess strong contemporary child and family health nursing skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
