Job Title: Senior Manager Boeing DDA Training Capability

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our training capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic management and execution of our training programs, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.

About the Role:

The Senior Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of our training capability, developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance safety and efficiency. You will lead a large and diverse team across Australia, executing to multiple domains and capabilities, and drive competency development for training specialists across the business.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in training development and delivery
  • Be a recognised expert in training operations & management with at least 7-10 years' experience in a training environment. Experience within a Military training environment would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in the analysis and design of training curricula and/or developing training media.
