This dynamic and fast-paced role will provide a unique opportunity to work across the full life cycle of employee services, coordinate recruitment processes, and provide administrative support to the HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-volume administrative support to the People and Culture team.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
- Work across the HRIS system to maintain, update, and distribute employee documentation.
- Provide administrative support to employee relations and work health and safety initiatives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Identify and prioritize issues, problem-solve, and generate solutions to achieve successful outcomes.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially and maintain confidentiality at all times.
