About the Role:

We are seeking an administration superstar with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for people to join our People and Culture team as a People and Culture Officer. This dynamic and fast-paced role will provide a unique opportunity to work across the full life cycle of employee services, coordinate recruitment processes, and provide administrative support to the HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-volume administrative support to the People and Culture team.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Work across the HRIS system to maintain, update, and distribute employee documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to employee relations and work health and safety initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Identify and prioritize issues, problem-solve, and generate solutions to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially and maintain confidentiality at all times.
