The primary functions of this position include developing and implementing effective safety protocols, conducting regular audits, and providing training to employees. You will be responsible for managing all certifications required, undertaking and maintaining audits, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the engineering or construction industries. Experience in the Water/WWT or Oil & Gas Industry or Process Plant exposure would be highly beneficial.

You will need to possess a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong ability to sell safety rather than dictate it is essential.
