We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Partner to join our team, providing expert WHS advice and guidance to portfolio clients. This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders to drive a proactive safety culture.

The role will involve supporting the delivery of key work health and safety programs, including the development and implementation of a new safety strategy, safety management system, and risk and critical control framework. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with frontline workers, leadership teams, and regulators to manage workforce engagement and escalate safety concerns.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
  • Strong knowledge of WHS regulations, ISO 45001, and Safety Management Systems, with experience in incident investigation, risk management, and high-risk environments.
  • Ability to influence, train, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive a proactive safety culture, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple locations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in implementing and developing safety initiatives and management systems, analysing data, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to and deliver programs to eliminate and/or control risks, reduce injury and illness and improve work health and safety performance, managing issues to achieve the expected performance, benefits and value.
  • Establish and maintain effective business partnerships through customer engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
