We are seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to promote a culture of health and safety within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Possability's Work, Health and Safety Management Systems
  • Develop relevant safety policies, procedures, and guidance material
  • Promote hazard identification and incident reporting to build a strong safety culture
  • Develop and implement audit and compliance tools to monitor organizational compliance with WHS obligations

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Health and Safety (WHS) or extensive relevant experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in a health and safety role is required. Knowledge and understanding of all applicable health and safety legislation in all states and territories is essential.
