A leading organisation is seeking a Design Manager to join their Water Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will have expertise in water infrastructure, including pumps, pipes, and treatment systems.

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and lead the delivery of design projects from inception to completion.

  • Utilise your leadership skills to guide project delivery teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to outstanding quality standards.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of projects, ensuring seamless integration and a bigger-picture approach.

The qualities that help you thrive:

  • A track record of delivering projects successfully, with a strong understanding of water infrastructure and experience working with key clients in NSW.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
