About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for performing administration and services pursuant to agreements for hedge funds and private equity funds.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial, accounting, and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Responsibilities include maintaining shareholders registers and acting as transfer agent, processing subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, communicating with investors, and processing payments and other transactions.
  • Additionally, this role involves meeting expectations of fund participants, adhering to deadlines and rules, daily maintenance of data and records for Investor Relations Group, and updating Investor records on transfer agency systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or professional accounting qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably high-volume operational environment or hedge fund industry.
  • Active interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry.
