Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing with current registration
  • Post-graduate qualification in aged care highly regarded
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A person-centred care mindset and passion for nurturing a strong team environment
  • Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting
