Job Title: Senior Customer Service and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage customer service, administration, and operations in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in aged care admissions, knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Standards, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

This is a challenging role requiring strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and high-level multi-tasking and time management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving operational objectives related to admissions, occupancy, referral management, resident liaison, and administration.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Aged care admissions and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Management of referrals, intakes, and client relationships
  • Development and implementation of operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reporting systems
  • Coaching and mentoring of staff to enhance their performance and job satisfaction

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:

Support and report to the General Manager, ensuring high levels of customer service and administrative efficiency.
