The Opportunity

We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our Environmental Services team in Townsville. This role combines account management and business development to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets across business units
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to major clients
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the portfolio
  • Project manage opportunities with transport and facilities to deliver core services
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders for best-in-class treatment of clients
  • Represent the company as a face of waste solutions to customers
  • Drive market rates and business growth

Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales or business development experience with a track record of achieving targets
  • Experience with salesforce and solution selling is highly desirable
  • Strong administration and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive business outcomes
