Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Equipment Operator to join our team at Boral Resources NSW P/L. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate mobile plant equipment such as haul trucks, excavators, and front-end loaders safely and efficiently.
  • Manage the operation of the crushing plant with precision to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain plant cleanliness and prevent downtime.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing process changes.
  • Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
Requirements:
  • Essential experience in operating mobile plant equipment, with sales loader experience being a significant advantage.
  • A valid HR truck licence is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Previous quarry experience is highly valued, but not necessary.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality, with a self-motivated attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
