Human Resources Specialist

The role involves executing all people-related processes efficiently and accurately within the organization. This position plays a key part in the People & Culture team, ensuring the delivery of professional, responsive, customer-focused service, advice, and support to partners, managers, and employees.

A successful candidate will join an energetic and fun team that is building a workplace where people feel inspired to do their best work. The ideal candidate will help shape the employee experience through practical, people-first solutions that strengthen the company culture and support teams to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing people-related processes efficiently and accurately;
  • Providing professional, responsive, customer-focused service, advice, and support to partners, managers, and employees;
  • Helping to build a workplace where people feel inspired to do their best work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships, and manage conflicting priorities;
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible approach to your work.
