Director of Corporate Communications Job Opportunity

This role offers a unique blend of leadership and communications expertise, with a focus on shaping and executing the company's corporate communications strategy and narrative.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex corporate communications projects, including M&A, and a strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate business objectives into effective communications narrative and strategies.

About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership role based in Australia, where you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing our corporate communications strategy and narrative, including leading significant communications projects.

You'll also lead essential day-to-day corporate communications initiatives for Xero, directly impacting how the company is perceived globally by the media, investors, our customers, partners, and employees.

This role demands a unique blend of outstanding communications expertise, sharp commercial acumen, strategic thinking and proven success in managing and delivering large-scale, corporate communications projects to drive company value in line with strategic objectives.

As a key driver in shaping, promoting and protecting Xero's external voice and reputation, you will further strengthen our position in the market.
