Reliability Driven Plant Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical maintenance and engineering solutions to enhance plant reliability, lead and manage a Mechanical trades team, and investigate process, plant, and equipment failures.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electromechanical or Process Engineering, with experience in a batch manufacturing environment, specifically in filling/packaging/palletising.
You will work closely with Operations, Electrical & Instrumentation, System Owner Group, Planning & Support Group, and Quality teams to deliver essential engineering and maintenance support services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve plant efficiency and reduce downtime
- Lead and manage a team of Mechanical trades personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Analyze and resolve complex equipment and process issues to minimize disruptions
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electromechanical or Process Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance engineering position
- Strong understanding of batch manufacturing processes and relevant equipment
