Maintenance and Engineering Professional

Seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to provide maintenance and engineering solutions, improve plant and equipment reliability, and lead a team of Mechanical Technicians.

This is an exciting opportunity for two Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team working afternoon shift. The selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Providing maintenance and engineering solutions to enhance plant and equipment efficiency.
  • Leveraging technical expertise to develop close working relationships with personnel in Operations, Electrical & Instrumentation, System Owner Group, Planning & Support Group, and Quality.
  • Investigating process, plant, and equipment failures, determining the cause of failure, and developing permanent solutions.
  • Collaborating with Manufacturing facilities on-site to provide technical advice.
  • Ensuring preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electromechanical or Process Engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance engineering position.
  • Experience in a batch manufacturing environment, specifically in filling / packaging / palletising.
  • Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role overseeing contractors or trades.
