About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Paralegal Program as a Paralegal Program Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in criminal law and practice, working closely with our experienced Solicitors and Crown Prosecutors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of case files and briefs
  • Liaise with police, legal practitioners, witnesses, and court registry staff to obtain and provide information and assistance
  • Prepare court documents for prosecutions and appeals
  • Provide general legal support
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a law degree or undertaking the College of Law's Practical Legal Training Program
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
