Administrative Opportunity in Accounting Firm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a boutique Accounting firm in Abbotsford. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting and greeting clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Collating files and documents for clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Lodging income tax returns and liaising with clients, the ATO and ASIC
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience as an administrator within an Accounting firm
  • Experience using MYOB and XERO is highly regarded, but not essential
  • Understanding of the ASIC and ATO portals
  • Organised and proactive approach to work, with a high attention to detail
