Job Title:
Mental Health Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide therapy and support to individuals with mental health issues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based therapy to support positive client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide comprehensive mental health services
- Monitor client progress and contribute to care plans tailored to individual needs
- Deliver therapy to support emotional well-being
- Offer families tools and strategies for promoting mental health
Requirements:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
- Experience working with older adults is preferred
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
