Key Responsibilities:- Deliver psychological counselling, conducting assessments and managing high-risk situations.
- Develop mental health initiatives, planning and implementing therapeutic groups, workshops, and training programs.
- Ensure clinical excellence by participating in supervision, maintaining case records, and staying current with practices and emerging issues.
- Collaborate and contribute to a multidisciplinary team, supervising interns and contributing to a safe, inclusive workplace environment.
- Registered psychologist or accredited mental health social worker with extensive experience.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong skills in delivering therapeutic group interventions and workshops.
- Demonstrate expertise in assessing and managing complex clinical matters within a short-term model.
- Show cultural responsiveness and the ability to work with individuals from various backgrounds.
