We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as a Zone Manager in VIC. This is an exciting opportunity to take your leadership career to the next level and make a real impact on our business.

About the Role

This part-time role involves leading our MECCA Chadstone store, driving success through strong communication and upskilling the team. You will be responsible for supporting the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and engaging and motivating your team to meet KPIs and uphold our values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Lead from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team
  • Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
Requirements
  • Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create memorable moments
  • Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
  • Availability to work late evenings and weekends
