About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conference and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for the sales and organization of corporate events, weddings, and social functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively follow up on quotes and enquiries to develop business
- Build strong relationships with customers and seek post-event feedback
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of planned events
- Forge open communication with banquet operations and the kitchen to provide accurate information for a smooth handover of functions
- Take the lead on managing administration tasks to ensure the team is up to date with all critical due dates
