This position is pivotal in guiding and developing a team of skilled professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient claim resolution.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team of claims consultants
- Drive excellence by prioritizing and allocating claim portfolios
- Provide technical expertise on product knowledge, claims processes, and compliance requirements
- Foster a risk-aware culture, particularly for vulnerable customers
- Optimize performance by monitoring key metrics and service level agreements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in claims or customer service environments
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing individuals to reach their full potential
- In-depth understanding of claims processes, product knowledge, and compliance requirements
- Customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to advocacy, especially for vulnerable customers
