The organization is seeking a suitably skilled individual for the role of Diversity and Inclusion Specialist.

Role Summary:

The Diversity and Inclusion Specialist will support the team in its approach to diversity and inclusion. This is achieved through input to diversity and inclusion related policies, plans, projects, and initiatives.

This role will align with people and workforce strategies, business goals, and direction from relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing secretariat support to the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Provide support to other committees as required.
  • Assisting with the development and delivery of the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, and underlying action plan.
  • Assisting with data and reporting on various diversity and inclusion metrics.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver on activities and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and prioritise workloads.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively to respond to changing demands.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality deliverables to within agreed timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to maintain good working relationships.
  • Great teamwork skills, including ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
