Job Opportunity

Penten is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition and Diversity Partner.

This position involves driving the diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategy for the organization. You will work on multiple strategies to change the way the organization manages its workforce, helping it attract and retain top talent.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Strategy for the organization
  • Design retention strategies for key groups to ensure the organization retains a diverse workforce
  • Work in partnership with external bodies to help lift the diversity of talent at the organization across key groups as identified in the strategy
  • Coach and mentor leaders at the organization to drive and embed the strategy

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting and respectful partnerships
  • Able to think creatively to challenge people and situations
  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the value of diversity, inclusion, and belonging brings to an organization
