Senior Legal Counsel Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Senior Legal Counsel, providing thoughtful and practical legal support across a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.

As part of our team, you will partner with teams across the business to guide contract negotiations, manage legal risk, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

We are looking for someone who blends technical expertise with emotional intelligence, communicating with warmth and precision, building strong relationships, and approaching challenges with curiosity and composure. If you have a Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent) and admission to practice in Australia, around 8 years of relevant legal experience, and experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, this could be the perfect role for you.

  • Reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements
  • Providing general legal advice across commercial, consumer, IP, corporate, and property matters
  • Drafting and refining standard contracts and templates
  • Supporting dispute resolution and litigation processes
  • Building and maintaining our legal resources database
  • Facilitating legal training and knowledge-sharing across the business

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will help shape ethical judgments, support strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of integrity and care. You will contribute to key projects, help build our legal resources, and support the development of tools and training that empower others.
