What You'll Do: Lead and advise on high-stakes M&A transactions, capital raisings, and corporate restructures.
Draft, negotiate, and manage key transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements, disclosure materials, and governance agreements.
Scope, plan, and conduct due diligence with a strategic and meticulous approach.
Provide commercially astute advice to a diverse client base, from startups to ASX-listed companies and large unlisted entities.
Mentor and manage junior lawyers, fostering their development and ensuring effective team resource allocation.
Drive client relationships through direct engagement and tailored, results-focused solutions.
Who You Are: A quality lawyer with 4+ years of PAE in a reputable corporate and commercial practice.
Skilled in drafting and negotiating transaction documents and commercial contracts, with experience in governance agreements and corporate advisory work.
A strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of delivering technically sound and commercially focused advice.
A natural leader with strong project and relationship management skills, comfortable working autonomously and mentoring junior colleagues.
Passionate about corporate and commercial law, with a keen interest in driving client success across diverse industries.
