Sales Professional, Beauty Services

About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with salon clients in your territory. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and commercial impact through effective partnership development and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growing and managing a portfolio of salon clients
  • Driving sell-in of new launches and campaign execution
  • Collaborating with education and marketing teams to deliver standout salon experiences
  • Meeting sales targets while bringing energy and authenticity to every interaction
Requirements:
  • Experience in a salon, beauty or professional haircare environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills and commercial acumen
  • Passion for the industry and confidence to work both independently and within a team
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is beneficial
