Salon Beauty Technician Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated beauty technician to join our team. As a salon beauty technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, providing guidance on beauty treatments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

  • Ensure the salon area is well-maintained, organized, and clean.\
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.\
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.\
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives.\
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.\
  • Manage cash handling and point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.\
  • Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies at all times.\
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, reporting any incidents or concerns promptly.\
  • Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential problems or areas for improvement.\
  • Support the salon manager in achieving business objectives, implementing new ideas, and developing strategic plans.\
  • Engage in regular communication with clients, team members, and management to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving.\
  • Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.\
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the salon manager.
