Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide recruitment support and solutions to enable the selection and engagement of capable staff for a wide range of roles.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of workforce resourcing practices, processes, and service level standards by working collaboratively with People, Performance, and Culture teams on workforce management, mobility, and recruitment projects.
  • Develop and implement reporting tools and indicators to identify insights and provide intelligence into recruitment and related activities.
  • Monitor, review, and evaluate recruitment activities to provide evidence-based recommendations to improve processes and efficiency in recruitment service.
Requirements
  • Experience recruiting within the NSW State Government, ideally recruiting a wide range of roles while complying with NSW State Government legislation.
  • Experience in fast-paced talent acquisition roles, prioritizing competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
  • Competent in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be willing to obtain a National Police Check and provide two references if successful.
