About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Early Childhood Education Manager to lead and manage our early childhood education services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.


Job Description

The Senior Early Childhood Education Manager will be responsible for leading a team of educators and ensuring that our centre's daily operations run smoothly. This includes managing budgets, resources, and staff schedules, as well as delivering high-quality educational programs in line with the relevant standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure the centre's daily operations run smoothly, including managing budgets, resources, and staff schedules.
  • Deliver high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of individualised learning and development programs for children.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families, staff, and the wider community.
  • Monitor and evaluate the centre's performance, providing regular feedback and professional development opportunities to educators.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an early childhood education setting.
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively and lead by example.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
