Job Summary

Honeywell is seeking a skilled technician to provide exceptional technical support and assist team members in delivering work to customer sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise).
  • Configuration, diagnostics, repairs and programming of building services (e.g. HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems).
  • Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.
  • Minor project management of service projects and small works including high level management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
  • Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks.
  • Pre-sales support for implementation projects.
  • Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.
  • Day-to-day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnostics, repairs of faults, programming and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control systems as relevant.
  • Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic qualification advantageous.
  • 4 years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment.
  • DDC experience: Knowledge of DDC and controls systems.
  • Electrical experience: Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching.
  • Instrumentation experience – Knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applications.
  • Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures.
  • Commissioning experience – knowledge of DDC / Mechanical plant.
  • NV 1 clearance essential.
  • Able to maintain Government security clearance if required.
  • You must obtain/maintain an appropriate security clearance for your customer sites.
  • You must hold a valid and unrestricted driver's licence.
