The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Field Service Technician to join our team in ACT. As a Field Service Technician, you will be confident in working autonomously and unsupervised. You will be mechanically minded and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Carrying out onsite service and repairs
- Diagnosing and fault finding
- Devise test procedures and supervise test activities
- Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Physically and mentally fit for daily challenges and continual deadlines
- You must be adaptable and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times

**To be successful you will have**:

- Relevant Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Must possess a current forklift ticket and a drivers licence
- Have mechanical aptitude
- Background in hydraulics and small engines
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments will be an advantage, as is an understanding of hydraulics and electrical circuits.
