About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Home Finance Manager to join our team. As a Mobile Home Finance Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing lending products and services, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue in the home lending market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of lending products and services.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging industry insight and expertise.
  • Monitor and manage workload, prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs and business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of generating business in the financial sector, with a strong understanding of the home lending process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Industry insight and expertise, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • A collaborative and flexible approach, with a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
