We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about developing the skills of others and contributing to the growth of our organization.About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain operations and training, with experience in delivering high-quality training programs to students. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training strategies, managing training resources, and assessing student progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Certificate III in Supply Chain Operation or equivalent tertiary qualifications: We require candidates to hold a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operation or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122): Candidates must possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) with units TAEASS502 and TAELLN401, or higher-level Training and Assessment qualifications.
  • Relevant Industry Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience in supply chain operation is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • VET Training Experience: Previous VET training experience with international students is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Supply Chain Operation: A Certificate III in Supply Chain Operation with 1 year of experience in supply chain operation is preferred.
  • Training and Assessment Certificate: Holding a Training and Assessment Certificate is also preferred.
