Customer Experience Specialist Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to key internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and sales functions, as well as excellent communication skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide high level of service and communication to key stakeholders
  • Develop and grow positive relationships with retail customers
  • Proactive order management, investigations, and escalation
  • Processing of customer orders in timely and efficient manner
  • Overseeing daily delivery and pick ups for customer orders

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer service operation with similar scope and scale
  • Additional prior experience in logistics or sales function beneficial
  • Strong Microsoft office and CRM Systems Experience
  • Zendesk experience desirable
