This role involves providing exceptional customer service to key internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and sales functions, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide high level of service and communication to key stakeholders
- Develop and grow positive relationships with retail customers
- Proactive order management, investigations, and escalation
- Processing of customer orders in timely and efficient manner
- Overseeing daily delivery and pick ups for customer orders
Requirements:
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service operation with similar scope and scale
- Additional prior experience in logistics or sales function beneficial
- Strong Microsoft office and CRM Systems Experience
- Zendesk experience desirable
