  • You will also liaise with estimators, schedulers, supervisors, and consultants to ensure efficient project delivery.

Maintaining drawing registers and version control is essential to ensure all documentation meets relevant building codes and council requirements.

Required Skills
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Draftsperson in residential construction is required.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of residential building codes and standards is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach are crucial.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment are vital.
