Pet Health Advocate RoleThis role is about more than just sales – it's about building strong relationships, driving growth, and improving the health and wellbeing of pets in your assigned region.
Covering Victoria and Tasmania, you'll play a pivotal part in helping veterinarians deliver faster, more accurate care to pets by introducing innovative diagnostic and imaging solutions into clinics.
This field-based role involves regular travel within your assigned territory, where you'll identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities in a timely and consistent manner.
As a Pet Health Advocate, you'll manage and grow existing accounts to strengthen long-term client relationships, while ensuring compliance with training standards for smooth product implementation.
Delivering repeated training sessions to ensure optimal product use, staff confidence, and maximum analyser uptime is also crucial in this role.
Consistently delivering excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and retention is key to your success as a Pet Health Advocate.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Proven sales experience in the veterinary, reference lab, or diagnostics sector.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of hitting targets.
- Understanding of the veterinary and/or clinical diagnostic environment.
- Goal-driven with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation abilities.
- Technically adept, able to explain and teach complex information clearly.
- Strong customer focus, both internally and externally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and experienced with CRM systems.
