Job Opportunity

The role of Data Center Operations Specialist involves ensuring the seamless operation of data center facilities.

This position requires collaboration with on-site management, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is performed according to established practices and local legislation.

  • Assist in managing performance benchmarks, conducting analyses, and preparing reports on critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
  • Generate Change Management requests and Incident Management tickets as directed.
  • Contribute to documentation relevant to business and facility operations.
  • Assist with installation of racks and provision of power/cooling within constraints.
  • Participate in routine maintenance and emergency services on critical systems such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, etc.
  • Assist with design, implementation, commissioning, and build-out of new facilities.
  • Manage Facility assets and provision of infrastructure and inventory asset management as directed.
  • Interface with Infra Ops teams for day-to-day operational requirements.

This position involves a physical component, including the ability to lift rack equipment, and may require working in cramped spaces or elevated locations while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
