Transformation Stream Lead Role

This is a 12 month full-time maximum term role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mapping the current state and identifying opportunities for process improvement, developing the automation roadmap, reviewing and assessing all systems supporting activities undertaken in the Work Division, liaising with the ICT teams, working with other transformation stream leads to identify and establish systems and process roadmaps, designing business cases for an automation or systems investment requirements, and developing implementation plans that integrate with other transformation stream activities.

  • Experience in enterprise wide system architecture such as ERP, CRM, Safety and Client Management Systems.
  • Ability to develop and implement project initiatives for systems and processes.
  • Experience working in an agile model.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration and drive change initiatives.
  • Proficient in analysing data to provide data-based decision making proposals for improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
