Job Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated sales & marketing professional to take on a key role within our organisation.

This position provides a chance to develop a well-rounded understanding of marketing and sales strategies across multiple markets.

About the Role:

  • Support the delivery of national consumer promotions by implementing agreed plans and budgets, managing premiums and point-of-sale materials, and coordinating post-activity analysis.
  • Manage the activation of new products across all markets, including brand plan development, pipeline management, and supplier coordination.
  • Project manage innovation and renovation meetings with markets and factory teams, managing minutes and action plans, and coordinate closely with technical teams.
  • Develop and submit comprehensive brand pricing reports for all markets, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitor spend and sales, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Track and report monthly stock levels for each market, highlighting any issues or actions required.
  • Administer SAP systems for the creation of innovative new products.
  • Nurture customer relationships and manage sales for a number of broker customers importing our products to various markets.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in commerce, marketing, business management, economics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confident presentation abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen.
  • Australian working rights.
