Key Accountant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accountant to join our team. This role will involve preparing financial statements, tax returns, and audit documentation for Self Managed Super funds.

  • Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and audit documentation for Self Managed Super funds.
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document preparation.
  • Support junior team members in their professional development.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best-practice procedures.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and be CA or CPA qualified (or near completion). They will have 3-5 years of experience in SMSF accounting and a strong understanding of SMSF legislation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Knowledge of SMSF legislation, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in SMSF Class or BGL360 software
