Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our frontline Fuel team at EG Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products and deals, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Promote products and deals to increase sales and drive business growth
- Operate point of sale and monitor fuel/stock deliveries to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment to ensure the well-being of our customers and team members
- Ensure premium presentation of our stores through effective merchandising and stock control
- Previous retail experience is preferred to support our store team
- A confident attitude and energetic approach to every day
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet the demands of our busy stores
- A great communicator who is solutions-focused and able to work effectively with our team
