We're seeking a skilled baker to join our team at Coles, where you'll be part of a dynamic bakery department that's passionate about delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
As a Trade Qualified Baker or Skilled Baker, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced bakery environment, contributing to the success of our bakery team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking a variety of bread and pastry products to meet customer demand
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in the bakery
- Working collaboratively with the bakery team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries and complaints
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about baking, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering exceptional results.
Key qualifications and skills include:
- Trade Certification or Diploma in Baking
- Extensive baking experience, particularly in a high-speed bakery environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
