The Role

We are seeking a Sales and Service Expert to join our team. As a Sales and Service Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Selling products and services to customers, meeting sales targets and contributing to the store's success.
  • Building effective relationships with customers and being the expert to talk to.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

  • You must have previous retail and/or customer service experience.
  • You must have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
  • You must hold a valid driver's license, as driving will be required from time to time.
  • You must be available to work weekends and be flexible to work other days if requested.
