Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our OPSM team. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales and customer consultations, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Assist with sales and customer consultations, including customizing high-fashion frames to suit individual lifestyles
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment
