Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to our elderly community members, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily living assistance including personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, and social support.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and other activities that promote independence.
- Transport clients to appointments and engage in meaningful activities together.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- An interest in community care or aged care (previous experience preferred but not essential).
- A competitive hourly rate + superannuation + paid kilometres.
