Job Title: Finance and Accounts Specialist

Finance and Accounts Specialists play a crucial role in any organization by ensuring the financial operations run smoothly. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Finance and Accounts Specialist.

Job Description:

This is a key role within the company, responsible for managing the accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, payroll processing, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with all relevant statutory legislation and company policies.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment to suppliers, accurately recording transactions on the company's system.

  • Manage accounts receivable, generating invoices, tracking payments, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, reconciliations, and account balances to ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting requirements.

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports, statements, and other documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Provide support to management in the development of business cases, budgets, and forecasts.
