About the Role:

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical injury. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their needs and develop effective solutions to facilitate their safe return to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use advanced psychosocial risk tools to provide holistic and psychosocial support to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to achieve successful recovery and return-to-work goals
  • Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work objectives

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes
  • Clinical experience in the development of rehabilitation plans and conducting assessments
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
